RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Miniso has no REFUND Policy.
Garments products are not exchangeable in any case.
Items damaged/defected after use shall not be considered under the exchange policy.
Exchange/Replace Policy for Sale/Discounted Products
Strictly NO EXCHANGE or REPLACE POLICY for the online purchase from offline store.
Strictly NO EXCHANGE or REPLACE POLICY for sale/discounted items unless a valid reason is given by the purchaser which shall be intimated/given within 24 hours of the receiving the product; at the online portal, the four instances are discussed and further elaborated here under:
- Wrong product
- Damaged/defected product
- Broken product (elaborated below)
- Missing Product
Exchange/Replace Policy for Products purchased other than Sale/discount:
In case of purchase of items/products other than in any sale/discounted or promotion, products only with Quality Problems/issues may be exchanged/replaced; such scenario is discussed here under;
Quality Issues/problems products purchased from www.minisocentaurus.com can be replaced if purchaser intimate us with in 24 hours of receiving of the product, purchaser will send video evidence to the our customer services representative on whatsapp.
- In such Reverse Pickup will be arrange by our respective store.
- After receiving product from purchaser , Product will be send for quality inspection.
- If the product is working properly then product will be resend back to the purchaser.
- This may takes, up to 14 working days.
Replacement of the Quality issue product will be considered, if product is in original state in terms of Packing, product must have original product barcode tag, original customer receipt received in the package, with original parcel packing material and Airway bill received along with parcel; Provided that no claim shall be entertained after expiry of 24hrs.
- Miniso will perform three attempts for collecting the product from the purchaser from his/her shipping address mentioned in the disputed order. If the purchaser not able to handover product to our rider on 3rd attempt then this case will be considered as closed and future onward such case will not be entertained by the minisocentaurus.com.
- In case of broken product received by the purchaser, purchaser need to intimate us with in 24 hours of receiving of product from our courier rider. Provided that no claim shall be entertained after expiry of 24hrs.
- Discount Voucher will be issued to the purchaser in term of compensation of product replacement; policy for consumption of discount voucher elaborated here under:
- Discount voucher value will be equal to the selling price of sku related to the purchaser disputed order.
- Purchaser can consume discount voucher within 7 days of issuance. Provided that no claim shall be entertained after expiry of discount voucher.
- Discount voucher will be issued to the purchaser information mentioned on the disputed order.
- Discount voucher can only be consumed one time, minisocentaurus.com have no any policy for partial consumption of discount voucher.
